Shipping & Returns

"No Hassle" Return Policy:

If you have an issue with your order, send us an email to helpdesk@fiddlersden.com to let us know what’s up. We accept returns for any reason, no questions asked, so long as the item is returned in the same condition it was in when we shipped it out. A couple of details:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) less outgoing shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item arrives and passes inspection

All that said, we handle each return request according to the particular details of that particular return request. We need to cover our butt - but our goal is still to help you out as best we can!

Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax & shipping/handling)

  • Free local delivery for orders over $100 (before tax & shipping/handling)

    • Free local deliveries go out weekly on Mondays.

    • We require 2 business days lead time to process and pack your order.

  • Oversized or heavy weight items may incur an additional handling fee.

  • In case of backorders / out of stocks - we’ll notify you of the issue and cancel the order unless you approve the delay.
