How to Rent Your Instrument the Easy Way

A young girl with red hair, wearing an orange and yellow shirt, pink and white plaid shorts, and pink Crocs, singing and playing a pink acoustic guitar on a sidewalk against a stone wall.

There are tons of rental offerings out there, and it’s worth exploring a few to get your bearings.

Here at the Fiddler’s Den, we wanted to make it. simple

How It Works

  • Sign up online here. We’ll follow with you via email up to complete your setup.

  • Rent month-to-month as long as you need the instrument, cancel any time.

  • If you rent for a while and it seems like a good fit, you can buy the rental instrument with credit for the rental payments you’ve made so far.

  • If you rent long enough that you could have bought the instrument, we’ll let you keep it for no additional charge (Note: this typically takes 24 to 36 months - it varies by instrument)

  • Rental comes with everything you need to get started playing - case, mouthpiece, a reed (woodwinds only), lubricants, etc.

  • Regular maintenance, play condition adjustments, and loaner instruments while your rental’s in the shop are included with your rental at no additional charge

  • Optional add-on coverage for accidental damage (up to and including total loss) is available for enrollment during sign-up for an additional monthly fee

The Basics:
